The programme is organised so the factory carries as much of that as possible — each service removes a cost you would otherwise carry in your own warehouse, with your own staff, every season.

The garments are the school range itself — polos, shirts, bottoms, sweatshirts and knitwear to one colour and crest standard. Around them sit the distributor services: your labels and packaging throughout, a documented packing rule per school, and the record-keeping that makes re-orders run without re-sampling. Many schools, one standard each

Serving twenty schools does not mean averaging them. Each school customer has its own file — its crest files, its lab-dipped colours, its size charts, its labels and its packing rules — and every order is produced against that school’s file. Your warehouse sees one supplier; your schools each see their own uniform, delivered to their own standard, season after season.

Packing as part of the product

A carton that has to be opened and re-sorted before delivery is a cost you carry every season. We pack to your packing list instead: by size and style for warehouse picking, or per school with the school’s packing list inside each carton when you deliver direct. Carton marks carry your references, so goods inward is a check, not a project — and a driver can deliver ten schools from one vehicle without opening a box.

Per-pupil packing and parent-direct fulfilment

Some school customers no longer want bulk stock at all — they want each parent’s order packed per pupil. The same records that drive per-school packing drive per-pupil bags: each order picked against a spreadsheet line, size-checked at the packing table and sealed with the pupil’s name and order reference, with a write-in name label inside every garment. Bags are boxed per class or year group with a packing list that matches your order file line by line, so intake day becomes a handout rather than a sort — and for your webshop customers the same bags go straight into the post. A small exchange pool of bulk stock per size covers wrong-size swaps without waiting for a new production run.

The re-order cycle

School buying is annual and predictable, which is a distributor’s advantage if the records are kept. Because sealed samples, crest files and lab dips are retained, next season’s run starts at quantity and timing — and in-season top-ups of a single garment in a few sizes are cut to the same standard when a school runs short in October.
