School Uniforms
Wholesale School Uniform Suppliers
When you resell school uniform rather than wear it, the factory's job widens: the same crest and colour standard, plus the labels, packing and re-order rhythm your trade customers depend on. That is the part of wholesale we organise around.
A wholesale order is judged twice: once by you when the cartons open, and again by the school or parent who buys from you next term. We manufacture for the second judgement, because that is the one your re-order depends on.
What does a wholesale school range cover?
Everything a school list can ask for, developed as one set so the green of the polo is the green of the sweatshirt: crested piqué polos, poplin shirts and blouses, gabardine trousers and pleated skirts, fleece sweatshirts and knitwear, and sports kit in house colours. Children’s sizes run 4–16 from a dedicated children’s block, with adult XS–XL for older pupils and staff graded separately rather than scaled down.
How is the range branded and packed for resale?
The goods arrive retail-ready under your name. Woven main labels, printed size labels, care labels, hang tags, polybags and carton marks are all yours, decided at sampling and held on file. We pack to your packing list — by size and style for warehouse picking, or per school when you deliver direct — so a carton never has to be opened and re-sorted before it reaches your customer.
How do repeat seasons work?
A distributor’s year has one peak that matters. We keep the sealed samples, the crest embroidery files, the lab dips and the size charts on file permanently, so next year’s run is measured against the same standard as this year’s — not against whatever shipped last. In-season top-ups of a single garment in a few sizes are cut to the same standard, which is how you cover a school that suddenly needs forty more size-10 polos in October.
If you are pricing a school range for next season, send the garment list, your size curve and the school calendar. We will come back with a fabric and lab-dip plan, a sample schedule and a quotation.

§ 01Who This Is For
The buyers this programme fits
- Uniform distributors supplying several schools from one warehouse
- Retailers selling schoolwear under their own label, in store or online
- School groups centralising purchasing across campuses
- Established brands adding a school range to an existing kidswear line
§ 02Options
What you can change
- Woven main label, size label and care label carrying your brand, not ours
- Crest embroidery digitised once and held on file for every re-order
- Retail-ready packing: hang tags, barcodes and per-store cartons
- School-by-school packing lists for distributors delivering direct
- Lab dips held on file so next year's dye lots match this year's stock
§ 03How It Runs
How this order runs
The stages your order passes through, in order.
01
Range plan
We map your garment list, size curve and school calendar into one production plan before any cutting.
02
Sampling
Fit samples across the age bands plus crest stitch-outs on each fabric, approved by you before bulk.
03
Bulk production
Cutting, sewing, embroidery and finishing under one roof, measured against the sealed samples.
04
Packed for resale
Garments polybagged, labelled and boxed to your packing list — per store, per school or per size.
§ 04Worth Knowing
Where these orders go wrong
The mistakes we see buyers make on this programme — stated early, so they do not surface in production.
Crest approved on only one fabric
A crest stitched out on piqué alone will read differently on fleece. We stitch out and approve on every fabric in the range.
A size curve copied from another market
Children's proportions differ by region. Bring last season's sales by size and we grade to your market, not to a generic chart.
Re-ordering after the summer rush starts
Back-to-school capacity fills early. Re-orders placed against the sealed sample move faster, but the calendar still matters.
§ 05FAQ
Wholesale School Uniform Suppliers — questions buyers ask
Frequently asked4 Q
Can the cartons and labels carry our branding only?
Yes. Wholesale orders ship with your woven labels, hang tags, polybags and carton marks. Our factory name appears on nothing the end customer sees; the export documents carry the legal shipper details as required by customs.
How are mixed ranges packed for delivery to different schools?
However your packing list says. Most distributors take cartons by size and style for warehouse picking; where you deliver direct to a school, we can pack per school with that school's packing list inside each carton.
What is the minimum order for a wholesale school range?
Minimum order typically starts at 100 pcs per style; a full range across several styles and thirteen-plus sizes is quoted as one project, so the exact minimum is confirmed in the quotation rather than published as one number.
How fast are repeat seasons?
Re-orders run against the sealed samples and retained crest files, so there is no re-sampling cycle. Timing depends on the size of the run and the time of year — confirm the window in the quotation, earlier rather than later before back-to-school.
§ 06Fabrics
Fabrics worth comparing
- PiquéThe textured knit behind most uniform polo shirts — breathable, forgiving of wear and a natural base for an embroidered logo.
- PoplinA smooth, fine plain weave for corporate, hospitality and front-of-house shirts where a crisp, clean appearance matters most.
- Polycotton TwillThe default workwear cloth — a polyester/cotton diagonal weave that balances abrasion resistance, colour retention and easy care.
