Housekeeping Uniforms
Maid Uniforms, Wholesale & Custom
Maid uniforms are the backbone of the housekeeping wardrobe: the dresses, tunics and trousers room attendants wear through a full shift of bending, reaching and walking. Whether you are a hotel buying for your own floors or a supplier stocking a range to resell, we manufacture maid uniforms to the standard the wearer notices and the buyer's re-order depends on.
What a maid uniform range covers
Everything on a housekeeping buyer’s list, developed as one set so the navy of the dress is the navy of the trouser: zip-front housekeeping dresses, hip-length tunics with gussets, and elastic-waist trousers. Hotel maid uniforms in particular have to match across garments, because an attendant in a faded dress beside a colleague in a fresh tunic is exactly what a floor manager gets complaints about. Because the range is built from shared blocks and dye lots, you can extend it — a stretch tunic here, a summer poplin there — without breaking the colour standard your customers re-order against.
Packed and labelled for resale
The goods arrive ready for your warehouse or your customer. Labels, tags, bags and cartons carry your branding, decided at sampling and held on file. Most wholesale buyers take cartons by size and style for picking; where you deliver direct to a hotel group or contractor, we pack per customer with the customer’s packing list inside each carton, so nothing has to be opened and re-sorted in your warehouse.
How re-orders stay consistent
A maid uniform range lives or dies on the repeat order. We keep the sealed samples, the lab dips, the size charts and any embroidery files permanently, and every re-order is measured against the sealed standard — including the washed measurements, since that is the garment your customer receives after their laundry’s first cycle. The file also covers the label and packing artwork, so nothing about the product drifts between seasons. Top-ups of a single style in a handful of sizes run to the same standard, which is how you cover a customer who suddenly needs forty more medium dresses mid-season. How the repeat-order file is administered across seasons is covered on the uniform programme page.
What we need to quote
Your garment list with target quantities per size, your branding requirements, and your packing preference. Quantities per size matter more than totals — a realistic size curve from your sales history produces a better quotation than a round number per style. If you are matching an existing range from another supplier, send one garment per style and we will match fabric, colour and construction, and tell you honestly where a match is not achievable. The private label page explains how labelling is handled, and bulk production covers how a range moves into repeat runs.

§ 04FAQ
Maid Uniforms, Wholesale & Custom — questions buyers ask
Frequently asked4 Q
Can the range carry our branding only?
Yes. Woven main labels, care labels, hang tags, polybags and carton marks are all produced to your artwork. Our name appears on nothing the end customer sees; only the export documents carry the legal shipper details customs requires.
How do re-orders stay consistent across seasons?
We keep the sealed samples, lab dips, embroidery files and size charts on record permanently. A re-order is cut and measured against the sealed sample, not against the last shipment, so a garment bought this year matches one bought two years ago.
Can you pack per customer so we can forward cartons unopened?
Yes. Distributors delivering direct to a hotel or cleaning company can have cartons packed per end customer with that customer's packing list inside, so the box is forwarded without re-sorting.
What is the minimum for a maid uniform range?
Minimum order typically starts at 100 pcs per style. A range spread across several styles and a full size run is quoted as one project, so the practical minimum is confirmed in the quotation rather than stated as one number.
