Hotel Uniforms

Hotel Uniform Manufacturer & Supplier

When you supply hotels rather than run them, you need a hotel uniform manufacturer whose job widens: the garment standard your hotel clients expect, plus the own-label presentation and re-order rhythm your trade accounts depend on. As a supplier to the hospitality trade, we organise hotel ranges around both judgements — yours and your client's.

Hotel uniform suppliers are judged twice: when your cartons open, and again when a hotel’s housekeeping manager re-orders from you next season. As the manufacturer behind your label, we build for the second judgement, because that is the one your account retention depends on, and everything below is organised around it.

A range built to be resold

Hotel ranges resell on coordination: the desk shirt must match the vest, the spa tunic must sit in the same palette, and next season’s re-order must match this season’s stock. The range is developed as one set with one lab-dip discipline, men’s and women’s blocks across XS–5XL, and size charts accurate enough that your clients can order against them without a fitting. Breadth is your choice: some suppliers stock a tight core of desk, spa and F&B garments, others add door and concierge tailoring as made-to-order lines on the same standard. Both work, because the blocks and lab dips are shared — a client who starts with shirts can add vests next season without the colours drifting.

Your label, your packing list

The goods arrive under your name — woven labels, hang tags, polybags, carton marks — packed how your operation works: by size and style for warehouse picking, or per hotel with the client’s packing list inside when you deliver direct. Nothing the end customer sees carries our name. The mechanics sit on private label.

Client embroidery without the admin spiral

Hotel clients want their logo on your range. Each account’s artwork is digitised once, filed with thread codes, and embroidered to order — so a returning client’s re-order matches their original run, and a new client is a stitch-out away from approval. Blank stock plus per-account embroidery is the structure most suppliers settle on.

What to send us

Your target range and cloths, size curves from past sales, your label and packing requirements, and how your clients order. Sales history by size is the most valuable document you can send — it shapes the curve we cut. We return a range plan with sampling, a price structure built for resale, and a quotation for the first season.

§ 03How It Runs

How this order runs

The stages your order passes through, in order.

  1. 01

    Range and price structure

The garment list, cloths and size curves are agreed as a range, with pricing structured for your resale margin.

  2. 02

    Sampling and sealing

Fit samples and fabric approvals per garment, sealed as the standard your future orders will be measured against.

  3. 03

    Bulk under your label

Production runs under your branding, packed to your list — per size, per client or per property.

  4. 04

    Repeat ordering

Client re-orders cut against the retained samples, lab dips and embroidery files without a new sampling cycle.

§ 04Worth Knowing

Where these orders go wrong

The mistakes we see buyers make on this programme — stated early, so they do not surface in production.

01

Selling a range sampled on only one fabric

Your hotel clients will mix garments. The range is approved across every fabric it contains, so the vest you sell matches the blouse you sold last quarter.

02

No retention plan for client embroidery

Each hotel's logo is digitised and filed per account with thread codes, so a returning client's re-order matches the original run.

03

A size chart your clients cannot rely on

Distributor ranges live or die on chart accuracy. Bulk is measured per size against the sealed chart, so your clients' orders convert without returns.

§ 05FAQ

Hotel Uniform Manufacturer & Supplier — questions buyers ask

Frequently asked4 Q

Can the goods carry only our branding?

Yes. Wholesale orders ship with your woven labels, hang tags, polybags and carton marks — nothing the end customer sees carries our name. Export documents carry the legal shipper details required by customs, and nothing more.

Can you pack per hotel client for direct delivery?

Yes. Most suppliers take cartons by size and style for warehouse picking, but where you deliver direct to a property we pack per hotel with that client's packing list inside each carton — including client-specific embroidery where the account carries it.

How do repeat seasons work for a stocked range?

Sealed samples, lab dips, size charts and embroidery files are retained, so the next run is measured against the same standard as the last. In-season top-ups of a single garment cut against the same file, which is how you cover a client who suddenly needs more of one size.

Can we add hotel client logos to a stocked range?

Yes — that is the usual structure. The range is stocked blank under your label; each hotel's logo is digitised once, held on file per account, and embroidered to order on the garments that account buys.
