Piqué earns its place at the collar: the knitted structure and the placket hold their shape through washes that would bacon-collar a tee. Jersey tees are cheaper per head, softer from day one and the natural choice where churn is high or the look is deliberately relaxed. Performance polyester-spandex blends move moisture on hot terraces, at the cost of a more technical look. We will swatch the realistic candidates and say plainly what each gives up.
Branding that survives the wash
Chest embroidery on a polo is the most durable mark we make; a large back print is the most visible. Both are approved on the actual cloth before bulk — embroidery as a stitch-out on piqué, print laid on the jersey and put through a wash, because a transfer that cracks by the fourth cycle is not a saving.
Sizing a whole crew
Tops run XS–5XL on men’s, women’s and unisex blocks, graded separately rather than scaled. The size set is measured after washing, since a polo that shrinks a size in the laundry is a complaint from every member of the crew. Send us your crew list with sizes, or last order’s size curve, and we will plan the run around the people you actually employ.
What we need from you
The crew list with sizes, your colour references and the logo as a vector file — plus a note on how the tops will be washed and how often you expect to replace them. If you are torn between polos and tees, say so: we will sample both, wash both and price both, so the decision is made on evidence. Tell us too which garment belongs on the floor and which behind the counter, since many venues split the two.

A soft tee off the roll can twist at the side seam after five washes. Ask for a washed sample and measure it against the chart before approving.

A heavy logo on a thin tee puckers and reads badly. On light jersey, print or a smaller, lower-density embroidery is the honest answer.
