Wholesale Chef Coats

Your customer judges a wholesale chef coat twice: when the carton opens, and again six months later when the re-order has to sit next to the first delivery on the same rail. We manufacture for the second judgement.

What a wholesale chef coat range includes

The coat leads the range — double-breasted and zip-front styles — with the rest of the kitchen list developed alongside as one set, so the white of the coat is the white of the trousers: elastic-waist trousers in check and plain, skull caps and neckerchiefs. Sizes run unisex XS–5XL, with women’s fit jacket blocks available inside the same programme. Fabrics are chosen per garment — polycotton twill where durability leads, poplin where weight matters — and held to one colour standard across the range.

Packed for your warehouse, not ours

The goods arrive ready to sell under your name. Woven labels, care labels, hang tags, polybags and carton marks are all yours, decided at sampling and held on file. We pack to your packing list — by size and style for warehouse picking, per branch when you deliver direct — and the detail of that is covered under labels and packaging. A carton from us should never need opening before it reaches your customer. If you are building an own-label chefwear line from scratch rather than stocking a wholesale range, the private label programme is the fuller route.

Why re-orders decide the factory

Chef coats re-sell because kitchens wear them out. That means your margin depends on re-order consistency: the same cloth, the same white, the same fit, every run. We keep the sealed samples, the lab dips, the size charts and the embroidery files permanently, so a repeat order is measured against the original standard rather than against whatever shipped last. When a trade customer wants logos or names added, the decoration can happen here on the same files, or the range ships blank for your own workshop. Getting a range quoted

Send the garment list, your target price points and your size curve if you have one. If you are replacing an existing supplier, include a current garment — washed, ideally, since that is the honest state. We come back with a fabric and construction plan, a sample schedule and a quotation.
